What You Get
Each day you will get a new guided meditation class from Yofit. These classes are designed so that you can practice them anywhere that you have a quiet place to sit or lie – on the floor, cushion or a chair.
Who Can Practise?
These classes will be accessible to the people who are new to Yoga and Meditation. Other than this even all other can also be benefited from these sessions.
How to Start Practicing?
To access this programme you first need be a Yo.Fit member. With the Yo.Fit membership, you get unlimited access to all our online yoga programmes and our full library of yoga and meditation videos.
These meditation practices are short and simple but effective. You will feel the benefits of meditation even from practicing it for just 10 minutes a day.
Schedule:
Follow the classes in order. Try to practise one session every day. You might like to take it to your workplace and practise with co-workers before your day starts or in your break. If you miss a day don’t be disheartened, it happens! Just try to pick up where you left off again when you can.
